Every company must have a company secretary in addition to its director or directors. If a private company has only 1 director that director may not also be the company secretary. We can offer a nominee company secretary to act (in name only) as your company secretary.

The Companies Act states that the secretary of a PLC must be qualified. No specific duties are stated for a company secretary and no particular powers or rights come with the position.

In the event of non payment the service will be withdrawn and we will file our resignation.
