The registered office address is the address which will be shown in the records at Companies House, it is the address to which all official correspondence is usually sent. The registered office may be different from the trading address and it may be a residential address. Scottish companies must have their registered office in Scotland and we are unable to offer this service for Scottish companies.

Our fee which must be paid yearly in advance includes forwarding of all statutory post. At the end of each year you will be automatically invoiced for the next years fee unless you advise us that you want to cancel the service.

In the event of non payment the service will be withdrawn.
